LazyFox (“we”, “us”) publishes mobile games and apps on Google Play and runs the website lazyfox.tech. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all apps published by LazyFox on Google Play.
Information we collect
Our games do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly ask for your name, phone number or precise location. The information that we and our service providers collect is limited to the following.
- Device and usage information, collected automatically: such as your Android advertising ID, device model, operating system version, language, app version, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you use the app (for example, which levels you play and for how long).
- Crash and diagnostic data: logs that help us find and fix bugs.
- Game progress and settings: stored on your device.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our games.
- To show ads, which helps keep the games free.
- To understand how the games are used and to fix bugs and crashes.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To protect against fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.
Advertising and third-party services
Our apps show ads provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. These services may use your device’s advertising ID and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see them, and measure how well they work. Your advertising choices
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android device settings (usually under Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device). Opting out does not remove ads; they just become less relevant to you.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above that help us run our apps (advertising, analytics and crash reporting), and when we are required to by law or need to protect our rights and our users.
Data retention and deletion
Game progress stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Data held by advertising and analytics providers is kept according to their own policies. To ask us to delete something you have sent us, email [email protected].
Children’s privacy
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International data transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. By using our apps, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
