These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile games and apps published by LazyFox (“LazyFox”, “we”, “us”) on Google Play, and of our website at lazyfox.tech. By downloading or using our apps or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Using our apps
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on your own Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. What you agree not to do
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile our apps, except where the law allows it.
- Use cheats, bots, hacks or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the apps.
- Interfere with the ads shown in our apps or with the normal operation of the apps.
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute our apps.
- Use our apps or website for any unlawful purpose.
3. Ads and third-party services
Our apps are free to play and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ads, websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Intellectual property
Our apps, including their code, artwork, characters, sounds and text, and the LazyFox name and logo, are owned by LazyFox or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
5. Updates and changes to the apps
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any app or feature at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep using an app.
6. Disclaimer
Our apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your game progress will never be lost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LazyFox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the apps or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the apps after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
